How do you find out about Catalina coupons? I didn't see the promotion in the ad and think it's a great deal. How will I know for sure that it will print out. Is there a resource to see what these are?

I live in Minnesota. My grocery store has these on sale 2/$4. You receive a $5 catalina when you buy 5. Wednesdays are double coupon days too. Should make for some extremely cheap cheese!

I also wonder how to find out about the catalina deals. I occasionally have something print from the machine about an upcoming promotion, but other times I hear about a deal running at Kroger and it doesn't work for me. I'm a little skittish of these without something in print to show customer service if it doesn't print. Are Kroger catalinas regional or always national?
